I was sad to hear that they were renovating something we thought was perfect ...we are looking for the new look..hoping it will have the same comfortable feel... we have stayed here several times in the last 12 years back then it was the Hilton...always loved flip flops the best. Hope they email the customers or send them something when they reopen.... We love this place.

My room was left wide open by the maid all day. Upon my returning to my room at ten o'clock in the morning I found it that way. The clerk took about thirty minutes before he came up to see me. I would not enter the room until then. Then he just said he was busy in the kitchen and pretty much had a terrible attitude. He was not concerned at all about a guests safety. His behavior was unacceptable. I would not return to this hotel.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The front desk staff at check in was great.

The hotel has easy access and it is close to our family residence.

We were charged $18 per night to park here, beach chairs were $12 per day for guests, the carpets were dirty, and the chairs on the patio were filthy. I would not return or recommend this place.

It was the best we have ever stayed in.

This hotel made me feel pampered: The lodging was top of the line. My room was spacious. The furniture was elegant. The food was out of this world. The service was very good.
