Located in downtown Toronto, close to many attractions such as Air Canada Centre, Sky Dome, Harbourfront and Eaton Centre, Toronto Centre island (Ferry Docks), financial district and Union Station. The rooms are lovely - many have been recently renovated and are bright, clean and very comfortable. There's a great indoor pool and whirlpool, which was hardly ever busy, as well as a sauna and gym. There's a decent restaurant and bar in the hotel but there are also some good restaurants and pubs just across the road. The staff are always helpful and have a great knowldege of the local area. A friendly place to stay.

Excellent
I thought the Novotel Toronto Centre was great. My room was very comfortable and well appointed... spotlessly clean. And the place seems virtually soundproof. I never heard my neighbors through the walls or ceiling. The folks at the desk were...
A Reunion for 40+ former employees of the Consortium of International OIl Companies that operated the Iranian oil installations, prior to the Shah being deposed 30 years ago, was based here in September 2007. It provided good class accommodation and banquet facilities, and was ideally placed for day trips to Niagara, Castle Loma, the CN Tower and Royal Ontario Museum etc. The concierge was particularly helpful to delegates seeking specific advice on making their own excursions about town. And the rates charged were very reasonable.

The location is wonderful as there are several restaurants, sites, bus stops, train stations and water transporation within walking distance. The plumbing was not fantastic, our shower had to be snaked several times during our 5 day stay. Parking is ...

Excellent
This was our second stay at this hotel. We really like it because it is very close to many attractions we were interested in--like the Hockey Hall of Fame, Eaton Center, CN Tower, Roy Thompson Hall.
28 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
I stayed in Novotel in June. I really liked the feel of the hotel. It's a 3 star property and I wasn't expecting much, but was surprised by all it offers in terms of amenities and service. LCD tv in the room was something I appreciated, as I am tired of huge TVs that takes half of the room's space. The best part, it's in downtown Toronto, close to the public transportation and 1 block from a market. It was really cool to shop a real market, try different foods and enjoy the views that it offers. I didn't give it a 10, because parking was a bit of a hassle. I know it's downtown, but there were no signs or any guidance.
Overall, I enjoyed it and will definitely come back

Novotel Toronto Centre proved to be a good choice. Very quiet room and the hotel itself is in a less busy area of the city, though near enough to metro to go where you want to go without much inconvenience. Overall it provided a clean, quiet...

We were very pleased with this hotel on every level. It is right downtown and very close to the PATH (enter at Union Station). The beds were very comfortable and the room had a luxury feel to it. We brought our dog and were greeted with a doggie...
