The Novotel is conveniently located in the center of the theater district, overlooking Times Square and within walking distance of Central Park, the Empire State Building, the Rockefeller Center and Fifth Avenue shopping. The rooms are all soundproofed here and have spacious bathrooms with European amenities. The restaurant and bar in the hotel both seem fine but there are so many other places to eat nearby that I didn't try them out. The tourist information desk in the hotel is quite useful and the consierge are well informed too. The staff are all welcoming and friendly. A great location with loads of nice deli's and restaurants just outside.

Excellent
We stayed at the Novotel during our first time trip to New York- it was in a perfect location in Times Square, accessible to everything! Rooms were clean and they had a great breakfast buffet... although a little pricey.

Had to swith rooms because the first one smelled really dusty, though appeared clean. Without any problem, hotel personnel accomodated our request and it couldn't get any better after that. The location is super. The check-in was a little messy...
