We stayed in Novotel Monte Carlo 3 for the now year's eve and in our room are disappeared 1 louis vuitton bag, a ferragamo belt, a fendi foulard end a gucci belt. We tried to explain our disappointment to accor hotels call center but the phone number for the quality is probably not active.
