Excellent
My family of 2 adults 2 children (aged 9 and 6) stayed at Norwalk Inn as an alternative to expensive New York City for our annual vacation. We stayed 10 days and 9 nights.
Hotel room was amazingly comfortable, the pillows and beds were better...
Visited for a long weekend getaway with my daughter and we had a great time. Everything we asked for was given to us with a smile, like: extra blankets, more pillows, and directions to all kinds of places. I travel alot in the NY, NJ, CT area, and...
The room appreared to be very clean. The bathroom is OK. The thermostat is a bit confusing. I didn't get a chance to eat the breakfast as I left by 6:00am. No elevators, so be prepared to carry your bags upstairs. Close to the highway. Nice...
We come here every year for the Oyster Festival in Sept. and all I can say is we are treated extremely well and have a great time every year. The rooms were clean and the staff was super-attentive. The beds feel like they are stuffed with the most...
34 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for business
The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was conveniently located close to I 95, and only a couple of miles from South Norwalk. This place is fine for any male traveling on a moderate budget for business. The food at Adam's Rib Restaurant was OK, but the wine list...was non-existent.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Norwalk Inn & Conference Center.
I might recommend it to friends.
25 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
When I looked for hotels to book my guests in for my August wedding, I decided on the Norwalk Inn when they told me that they would keep the bar open as long as I wanted and drive my guests in the shuttle so that no one would have to drive. The night of my rehearsal dinner, our guests returned to the hotel and they closed the bar on us before we even had ONE beer! THey said ne of our guests jumped over the bar. We asked them to check the security tapes because that didnt happen. THe manager called the owner who showed up and refused to talk to us about what happened calling us a "bunch of drunks!" DO NOT GO HERE! THIS IS A HORRIBLE HOTEL WITH SMALL ROOMS AND TERRIBLE SERVICE! THEY ARE LIARS! THEY MAKE PROMISES THAT THEY DO NOT KEEP!

Good
It's basically the best possible alternative to the chain hotels, which all look the same after a few trips. Pretty attentive staff, about the best possible location for Fairfeild County, very economical. Recomended.
