45 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
We stayed here last year & initially thought it was not so bad. That was until our sons ipod & video game was stolen by the staff. We literally tore apart our room & checked every inch of the floor. We did not want to accuse anybody of any wrong do
I've stayed here multiple times and enjoyed my stay every time. The location is great- there is plenty to do in the area- and it is a good place to relax, whether your by yourself or with your family.
We took 2 other couples with us for a birthday celebration for my boyfriend. The guys sat in the out door hot tub (in late Nov!) while the girls went shopping right next door. We could even come back and drop off our bags in the room it was so close....
Hotel is definitely child friendly

Okay
We enjoyed our two night stay at this hotel. We were looking for a child-friendly environment, which it was. Nice pool areas for kids, craft and ice cream socials at night. However, if you don't have kids DO NOT stay here. If it were only my ...
We reserved a room directly from the hotel's web site - got a confirmation and everything. When we arrived at 6:30 pm, our room was gone. They had overbooked. We didn't even get a 'sorry' from the front desk. We were told of...

Ok in all fairness the pools were great, nice and warm. The kiddie pool was a walk in with sprays - very nice. Great location. Outlets right outside next to pool and very small play ground. Now for the room . . . the linens, bedspread and pillows are so disgustingly old. Flat pillows, stained couch. Linens so thin and worn. Bedspread and blanket pure polyester, dirty and shabby. We had a jr. suite. The pull out bed was very uncomfortable and when it was first pulled out you could tell that the sheets had not been changed. I had to have housekeeping come up at 9:00 pm and change those sheets (and had her change the bed as well). It's a shame. The hotel is in a great location. But if you like a clean bed with nice linens, etc. you will not find it here. Not worth the $189 paid.
I disliked the fact that we were put in the middle of a group of noisy teenagers. we had a young child with us. she was woking up at least three times on the saturaday night we stayed. The kids were running up and down the hallways until 11:00 at...
Stayed here with our 5 year old for 3 nights in August 2007. It was very kid friendly, and both indoor and outdoor pools were great. They even have a shallow pool are for very little ones with a fountain and sprinklers to make it fun but safe. They...

We rented a suite that was weathered. My 13 year old son slept on a sofa bed that was bent and the mattress worn. No vacuuming had been done when pulling out the bed. Bathroom was very small and there were stains on the rug, sofa's and chairs. Our room did not get cleaned until 4 or 5 in the afternoon. The front desk was short handed several times through out the day and you had to wait in a line to ask the simplest of questions. The bar area did not open up until 5 and closed at 10:30 very slow and the food was not good. In addition we were told that there was ice skating up to the day before arrival --we went and purchased ice skates just to be told the ice skating wasn't ready. Breakfast buffet was the only good part of the trip. I would not recommend this especially since there are many updated hotels in the area for less $.
