23 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for business
Their room service brought a cold breakfast to the room almost an hour after we asked for it. We asked for a nonsmoking room and they tried to stick us in a smoking room where they said they would clean the smoke smell out of, which never happened. They hosted an event there, and the hotel staff, including hotel security, sales and catering all the way up to the incredibly rude hotel manager, were incredibly unprofessional. I will never do business with this hotel ever again.
