27 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
The location was convenient to the Downtown Area. There was a problem with a man confronting us in the parking lot looking for food and money, but it was not too much of a problem. The little Mexican American restaurant across the street was quite good for lunch.
As soon as we entered the lobby the staff greeted us and was very courteous.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Norfolk Plaza Hotel.
I might recommend it to friends.

The location was across from a very bad neighborhood. The front desk was just not interested in being sociable and pleasant. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The problem that I had was never addressed after thirteen phone calls and a letter written to the corporate office. They need to aim for a better staff and cleaner hotel.
I am not likely
to return to the Norfolk Plaza Hotel.
I would not recommend it to friends.
