62 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
Dirty and in very poor shape...maybe the staff had been hardened to all the problems because their response was very unhelpful and bordered on rude from the get-go. Hotel shuttle did not arrive at airport despite making arrangements 24 hours in advance so it meant calling and waiting an additional half hour - room was not cleaned and ready until 9 p.m.!! The whole place is a disgrace and I cannot recommend a single thing about it.
