If you're like me and you base your decision to stay at a hotel only after studying reviews, trust me... stay here. The decor is amazing. The staff was incredibly helpful. I totally forgot about the 3 hour time difference from the East coast but

Built in 1906 and bursting with antique decor. Very friendly and helpful staff. Located near so many attractions that I can't name them all. Very clean even though it is an old building. Love the elevator and the stairway. I would definitely stay...

Quite a charming hotel. Rooms on the street side are a little small but who spends that much time in your room while in SF. Bathroom was more than adequate. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It is noted as a non-smoking hotel so I don't know

We would stay again. Rooms were all decorated in 1906 style and amenities were excellent. Room had a coffee maker, refrigerator and a microwave. The only oddity was an EXTREMELY noisy neighbor. The hotel management took care of the issue...
