Good
I recently spent a weekend at the Nine Zero and the location of the hotel is great but the service could have been better. The hotel itself is in great condition and the beds are extremely comfortable. I would definately stay there again.
Nine Zero actually began as a happy fluke when we arranged for a Boston hotel through Priceline. Imagine how ecstatic we were when we got the Nine Zero!

38 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
Nine Zero is a boutique hotel in downtown Boston, about a block from Boston Common. While it is a maze of one-way streets to find this hotel, it's worth it.
1. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. They will drop everything to solve any problems you have.
2. There is a wine-tasting in the lobby in the evening-- a nice touch.
3. The rooms are comfortable, with cozy chairs, CD players/flat screen TVs, wireless internet, fluffy robes.
4. It's about 6 minutes from the airport-- and through little to no traffic to get there.
5. There are a variety of excellent restaurants within walking distance. You can also easily walk to Newberry Street for shopping.
6. Our only issue with this hotel was that we ordered breakfast the night before we were to leave to arrive at 6:30 a.m. It came at 6:45 a.m. That 15 minute delay made us rush more than we appreciated.
If you get tired of the "touristy" Newberry Street, but like being in the city, Nine Zero is a great balance.
