Stayed here for my engagement night and the hotel was not what we expected. We arrived and the keys did not even work to get in the rooms. There was no bottled water anywhere to be found and a coffee pot with no coffee. We asked if we could get any water and the staff gave us directions to the store a block over. Also, after a party for our engagement we returned to a hotel to find that the master key now did not work and we were locked out until the morning. The staff offered us another hotel somewhere else with the promise to compensate us for our troubles and the manager denied this compensation the next morning. If you want to stay at a hotel that prides itself on customer service then I advise you not to stay here.

This hotel was nice and clean, but it wasn't what I imagined.
The pictures on the website are far more luxurious, and I had a deluxe room. The staff is nice and, like I said, everything was well kept and clean. This hotel is best suited for the ultra-contemporary. The room was completely white. I mean everything was white. There were no elevators or parking but that is usual for French Quarter hotels.
Although I was not 100% amazed, I do have to say the bathrooms were wonderful. The marble shower and Jacuzzi tub were great for relaxation. Altogether, it was a good experience.
