Okay
The hotel tried to double charge us twice. We booked and paid for hotel through online travel. When we went to check in they claimed the room was not paid for even though I had online travel receipt. Then they required $20.00 per night resort fee....
48 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
If your kids enjoy Nick TV, they will love this hotel. Live entertainment poolside, the daily bucket of slime, an arcade, multiple restaurants with theme characters, and the pool! Lagoon pool with slides, plenty of seats pool side even in peak season.
Rooms are kid friendly, some suites have cartoon characters painted on the walls, individual televisions, bunk beds, hard to beat.
Prices are reasonable, service friendly - although check in is a bit of a hassle with security, but rather have it than not!

Excellent
Holtel very large, but easily accessible facilities. One elevator for every two buildings, not convenient. Activities and kid area made up for any inconveniences. Private cabannas not advertised, check on that if planning all day by the pool. ...

Excellent
My family (mom, dad, age 4, and age 1) recently stayed at the Nick Hotel and had an outstanding time... in fact, we didn't leave the resort from check-in to check-out! It's not a luxury stay, but rooms were clean, food was great, pool was...

Okay
I recently stayed here with my family. My 8 and 5 year olds had a great time, but my husband and I could've cared less. There were no good restaurants to sit down and have a nice (but not fancy) meal together. The rooms were nice though - set up...

Good
The hotel is nice and clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. The only problem we had with the hotel itself was that everything was damp because the rooms open up to the outside and there is also no ventilation in the bathrooms. We stayed in a 2...

We loved this hotel! Very close to parks. Not crowded in mid sept. Loved the suite rooms, allowed parents some privacy, bring games for playstation if you have them. The rooms were clean, bed comfortable (but I sleep on a firm bed at home). The...

Horrible
My children really wanted to stay here because they watch Nickelodeon TV and thought that this hotel would be a lot of fun. To say that we were extremely disappointed would be an understatement. We stayed in a two bedroom suite. The rooms were...
