We could not have had a better stay. If you have kids that love Nickelodeon and if you want a frolicsome pool atmosphere, this is the place to be. The rooms are all well-situated and within one of two large pool complexes. If given a choice of rooms, I would choose the higher ones, considering you would not hear the noise of people walking to and from the pools and main thoroughfares each night, as you do with the ground floor rooms. We would absolutely stay here again and again- indeed, we plan on it.

Sure, it's decorated wonderful for children and there were pool activities. The staff is pleasant. However, that was it. The pool towels were small and rough. (verrrry rough). The food was super expensive with limited choices. (the thing is the food was subway, pizza hut and A&W for twice the price). The bed was hard, the pillows small. The laundry equipment not working properly. The nightly rate is NOT the only thing you pay, they also charge you a daily resort fee and an assortment of county and state taxes totaling to an additional $55 a night.
I WARN all. Shop around, you can stay at a five star luxury hotel for that price.

THEIR SECURITY IS NOT LIKE THEY ADVERTIZE. WE HAVE A 10 YEAR OLD GIRL WITH DOWNSYDROME SO WE WANTED A PLACE THAT HAD GREAT SECURITY. THEY SAID IT WAS COMPLETELY GATED AND SECURITY AT GATE BUT THERE IS 4 ENTERANCES WITH A GUARD AT MAIN ENTRANCE. ONLY A FEW SHRUBS PROTECT YOU FROM THE WORLD. ANYONE CAN WALK IN OR OUT AS THEY PLEASE. THEY SAID NO CHILD COULD ENTER SWIMMING AREA WITH OUT PARENT BUT NO ONE AT GATES TO CHECK OR STOP ANYONE FROM ENTERING. WE STAYED 7 DAYS AND THE NIGHT WE WERE GOING TO LEAVE SOMEONE BUSTED THE WINDOW OUT OF OUR VECILE AND STOLE A GARMIN AND THE KIDS TV WHICH EQUAL $ 500.00+. THEY HAVE SECURITY CAMERAS EVERYWHERE BUT THEY SAID THAT THEY ROTATE AND THEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO SEE ANYTHING. THEY WOULD NOT HELP PAY FOR THE STUFF MY INSURANCE WOULD NOT PAY FOR. THEY DID NOT EVEN OFFER A FREE BREAKFAST WHILE WE HAD TO WAIT ON SOMEONE TO COME REPLACE OUR WINDOW. SO IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SECURE PLACE PLEASE GO SOME WHERE ELSE.

I've read a few of the other reviews to write about some of the complaints that were made. First let me say, we loved this place! But, this is a Holiday Inn so don't expect a luxury resort. If you're one of those stuck up people that expects the...
