THEIR SECURITY IS NOT LIKE THEY ADVERTIZE. WE HAVE A 10 YEAR OLD GIRL WITH DOWNSYDROME SO WE WANTED A PLACE THAT HAD GREAT SECURITY. THEY SAID IT WAS COMPLETELY GATED AND SECURITY AT GATE BUT THERE IS 4 ENTERANCES WITH A GUARD AT MAIN ENTRANCE. ONLY A FEW SHRUBS PROTECT YOU FROM THE WORLD. ANYONE CAN WALK IN OR OUT AS THEY PLEASE. THEY SAID NO CHILD COULD ENTER SWIMMING AREA WITH OUT PARENT BUT NO ONE AT GATES TO CHECK OR STOP ANYONE FROM ENTERING. WE STAYED 7 DAYS AND THE NIGHT WE WERE GOING TO LEAVE SOMEONE BUSTED THE WINDOW OUT OF OUR VECILE AND STOLE A GARMIN AND THE KIDS TV WHICH EQUAL $ 500.00+. THEY HAVE SECURITY CAMERAS EVERYWHERE BUT THEY SAID THAT THEY ROTATE AND THEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO SEE ANYTHING. THEY WOULD NOT HELP PAY FOR THE STUFF MY INSURANCE WOULD NOT PAY FOR. THEY DID NOT EVEN OFFER A FREE BREAKFAST WHILE WE HAD TO WAIT ON SOMEONE TO COME REPLACE OUR WINDOW. SO IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SECURE PLACE PLEASE GO SOME WHERE ELSE.

This is my favorite experience! They canceled my reservation. They do not know why- oh and they charged us for the night as a penalty! Need I say more?

Everything is amazing! My 5 and 11 year olds loved it! The service was great and the food was great.Every time we go to orlando, my kids beg to go back. We don't go every time, but you wouldn't want to go to a hotel 10 times in a row. Me and my husband only went for our kids but we ended up loving it. A fantastic experience for my family and it probably will be for yours!

We had people of all ages. 4 children and 6 adults. We had three rooms. They rooms were plenty big, each hotel room has two bedrooms and a living room. The rooms weren't highly "decorated" as advertised. There is a simple character in the living room that's quite scary in the middle of the night when you forget it's there. The kids room was kind of small and cramped, and not very luxurious. The pool was having to be stopped every hour to clean out someone's poop. The exterior wasn't exactly the most pleasant thing. But yes, the kids did have fun. We, however, felt that we paid a bit much for the surroundings that we got. It wasn't a problem until we saw that we were paying for a Holiday Inn with the occasional nick toon painted on it. I would not go again.

A slime a minute, yeah right. The room rates are acceptable for larger parties. We paid $320 per night for a 3-bedroom suite for 4 adults and 2 children (6 and 4). The rooms are spacious, but the overall experience was not as advertised. The swimming and water slides are fun, but you better be prepared to have this be the focal point of your time at the Nick Hotel. The characters are not available for children very often and many of the character experiences are an additional charge for both the child and a parent who must attend. In addition, the hotel food is horrible unless you like eating A&W, Subway or Pizza Hut. My family of four will not be returning to this hotel. My recommendation is to do more homework before staying here. Get the exact costs up front in writing. They will tell you that everything is free.

If your kids enjoy Nick TV, they will love this hotel. Live entertainment poolside, the daily bucket of slime, an arcade, multiple restaurants with theme characters, and the pool! Lagoon pool with slides, plenty of seats pool side even in peak season.

Rooms are kid friendly, some suites have cartoon characters painted on the walls, individual televisions, bunk beds, hard to beat.

Prices are reasonable, service friendly - although check in is a bit of a hassle with security, but rather have it than not!

The hotel was perfect for traveling with children. They provided activities to keep them occupied.

This hotel made me feel entertained: They provided breakfast with cartoon characters. They also provided pool side entertainment.

I am not likely to return to the Nickelodeon Family Suites by Holiday Inn.

The location was perfect, in short distances to both Disney and Universal Studios. The two bedroom suites were smaller than expected. The hotel restaurants was completely overpriced. But I was content with the friendly staff and the outstanding pool area. The kids had a great time.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff was very upbeat and they could not have been nicer.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Nickelodeon Family Suites by Holiday Inn.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I thought the water park was a lot of fun and I enjoyed the convenience of the food court but I wished that there would have been a more upscale choice of fast food available.

The web site raved about the hotel. It was not worth the money. The slime machine was broken and the arcade games were not working either.

Check in was at 4pm and the room was still not ready.

We will never stay there again.

Security is top notch at the Nick Hotel. When entering the resort you have to pass through security guards that check to make sure you have reservations. After checking in we were given 6 armbands that must be worn around the property to prove that you are a guest. Without an armband you can not enter the swimming pools or the Nick Mall. There are activities going on until about 11 pm for children. There are two amazing pools that also include min-golf, basketball courts, and waterslides. The rooms were spacious. Each bedroom included televisions. The front room had a plasma screen and sofa that converted into a bed. My son's room had a bunkbed and a playstation inside. I wish my suite had a kitchenette inside. The cost of the nick hotel gets to be rather prices. I believe my one night was close to 400 bucks "ouch. Typically if you don't book well in advance you will face a 3 night minimum. My son had a blast tho and so did his two friends that I took with us. If you have children over 10 you might not want to spend all that money. This place definitely is more for the lil guys.

It was a great location. The rooms were great and the pool was over the top. My son loved it. I wish we could have stayed longer. The family karaoke was a lot of fun. It's too bad it's so expensive to stay there.

This hotel made me feel entertained: There were a lot of planned activities.

The location is great. The pools and activities are great. The rooms are average. The price of the hotel is too expensive for the quality of the rooms.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: We spent a lot of money for an average room with Nickelodeon decorations, but we knew that ahead of time. We went for the children, because they are fans of Nickelodeon shows.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Nickelodeon Family Suites by Holiday Inn.

The rooms are kind of small for the price, but the hotel had a lot to offer for the kids. They had a great time staying there. They loved the pool area the best. We had several eating areas at the hotel to pick from. They have great babysitting service. Our youngest stayed there while we took our oldest to Universal Studios for the Haunted Houses. Our youngest didn’t want to leave. She had a great time. Overall we had a great time staying at the hotel, and would recommend it to everyone young and old.

This hotel made me feel entertained: While waiting to get to watch the show at the hotel there was a balloon person there making balloon animals for the kids.

The staff was helpful and eager to please. It is a fun hotel and the staff acts accordingly. They are very kid friendly, so it takes some stress off the parents. Even when you return from the parks, there are things to keep kids busy. The shuttle buses to the parks were reliable and provided professional friendly service. The character breakfast was a little pricey, but the kids loved it. I enjoyed having a food court. I could get a cup of coffee or snack at odd times. It’s centrally located so kids could go into the arcade and Mom and Dad could sit outside and catch their breath and talk. It’s nice having a separate room for the kids. It allows for some privacy and makes it easier when Mom and Dad stay up after kids are in bed.

This hotel made me feel entertained: It's a character themed hotel. There are activities for kids until late evening. They have Nick shows on stage, nice pools, and mini golf.

I was happy with the stay but the rooms were priced pretty high. The staff was helpful. I wanted to prepay ahead of time and it was difficult to get into the hotel lobby because of their security policy. I believe they need another policy. I paid for a non profit group so there is no credit cards allowed with our group and it was a hassle to reserve three rooms and pay for them on the spot. They need to find a better way.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Nickelodeon Family Suites by Holiday Inn.
I might recommend it to friends.
