Location. The Nickelodeon Family Suites is located one mile from Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Fla. Epcot, Universal Studios and Magic Kingdom stand within three miles of the hotel. The hotel provides shuttle service to area theme parks. Hotel Features. The Nickelodeon Family Suites features two pool complexes with waterslides and Nickelodeon-themed games. Other recreational amenities include a basketball court, miniature golf and a 3,000-square-foot arcade. The Kids' Spa offers manicures, pedicures, hair wraps and temporary tattoos. Evenings feature karaoke parties and family-style shows in Studio Nick. The Nick After Dark program provides evening supervision for children. The Food Court features popular fast-food restaurants. 42 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
For the cost of this hotel you could stay at a 5 star hotel in the Orlando area. The room rate was 225.00 a night and then when you arrived they tack on another 57.00 in taxes and fees. The shows except for one are an additional charge. The 4D movies that are only 10 minutes long are $8 a ticket. The rooms were dirty. The toilet was not even flushed when we check in. The room was also in need of some significant repair. The iron did not work, the Play Station game had one nonworking controler with bare wires showing. Rented a game that did not work. The laundry facility machine did not work. The pool was way over crowded. You could not swim without getting hit, kicked or jumped on. My son cut his arm going down one of the slides. At the pool one day my son was asked by one of the security guards to step out of the basketball area. He did and the man only asked him his name and then walked away. My son only being 7 was scared by this. So I followed the security guard and asked him what the problem was with my son. He then told me he was looking for a missing child and thought it was my son. He should of explained that to my son not just pull him out of the game he was playing and ask him his name and walk away. Overall staff not friendly. I could go on about more but I am out of space. Stay some where else!!!!
