Newton Hotel

The room is about the size or a wee bit larger than a room you would have a a cruise ship. The private bath was the best thing going with this hotel. I got my room for a little over $150 a night, would not pay any more. The AC in the window was very loud and could not hear the tv over the AC. Fridge and Microwave were nice to have. They need to have a coffeemaker. but there is a starbucks and mcdonalds across the street ,so that was not so bad.

It's not a great location for cab service but convenient to a subway station. There's a nice deli next door. There is a Grayline Tours hop on/off spot just in the next block, which I wish I'd know about before. The tours are great and would have saved me a cab ride to the center. It would have required advance purchase, though. The only problem I had was I did not receive the wake-up call I asked for and I was offered nothing to compensate for it - not even a free drink.
