Location.Paying for parking, especially in the off season. Lovely, romantic. It truly was a relaxing weekend in Newport and we loved the Marriot's new beds.

Location was wonderful! The room was clean and spacious. Great location to Niagara Falls and town attractions. We were able to walk to everything. Hotel was nice, clean and friendly.
