The beach facility was great. The room was okay. If you can get this for $110 or less...great deal.

Great winter escape, especially if you have kids. My daughter is 5 years old and she couldn't get enough of the pool. The hotel has lots of amenities. I caught the Superbowl at the outdoor bar on the patio.

I loved this hotel. Its location was perfect. The beach, pier, pool, and hot tub were wonderful. The restaurant had a delicious breakfast. The room was beautiful! The hotel van service was wonderfully accommodating to our group of six! I would definitely stay here again!

I did not feel unsafe ever. I felt like I was safe walking around by myself in the elevator and outside the hotel. There was staff everywhere.

We reserved a 2-bedroom suite because we have three adults and 2 cats (pets are allowed). When we called, we were told the room rate was $159/night. Only upon check-in were we told there was a $50 charge per cat, and a $10 resort charge per day, which, in effect, gives you the right to use the grounds.

On a two night stay, that almost doubles the room rate. The manager said they "sterilize" the rooms after a pet stays in one. Trust me. Our room was never sterilized!

The jacuzzi bathtub didn't work, the in-room coffeeamaker didn't work, the lighting in the "kitchenette" area didn't work, and the staff at the front desk was nasty.

The location was nice enough and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was in some ways less than hospitable and someone made a mess out of our room reservations. The hotel had a game room, which was unsupervised and frequented by rowdy youngsters who may not have been hotel guests. The restaurants in the hotel were very good, which was convenient because we did not rent a car and there was no easy way to get around.

The hotel was fine, the amenities were great. The staff was a little bit robotic. WE wanted explanations of charges and they were either short, rude, or they did not understand. Other than this, the quality was great.

The staff was respectful.
