New York Palace Hotel

The Palace hotel is a very historic building. The hotel has a grandeur to it that is immeasurable. The hotel is located in Manhattan and it is convenient to many locations and sites.

This is a fabulous hotel. My room was excellent, the cleaning service was almost perfect, although we did have some small problems that weren't big enough to complain about to the front desk. We went to New York for a couple days to see some friends. Overall, the experience was great and my whole family had a good time. The location in New York couldn't have been much better. The hotel was fairly expensive but you can't beat the service and quality of the rooms.

It was a great experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms weren't as nice as you would expect for the price ($650 USD). I would stay there again though.

This midtown Manhattan hotel will make you feel like a royal with the fine treatment. From the moment you book your room to the time you step curbside for your cab to airport home, you will be treated very well. Excellent lobby areas, rooms, and restaurants all make this hotel first class, but in New York, it's all about location. This hotel is perfectly situated for Broadway, Rockefeller Center, and the museums. Rooms are outfitted in subdued colors and luxurious fabrics, and the bathrooms are nicely sized, which is a real luxury in a Manhattan Hotel. Just steps from St. Patrick's Cathedral, this hotel has wonderful views of the city once you are ready to leave the excitement outside your door.

I reserved a king room but was assigned to a two-double room. It was not that big a deal, but it was not satisfactory either.
