I liked how close this hotel was to the MGM Grand. We went to the Country Music Awards which were held at the MGM Grand, so the location was great! They had good service.

We were extremely comfortable and had no problems with anything. We ate at several different restaurants in the hotel and were pleased with them all.

The hotel was set up really nice and the staff was friendly. When we had dinner at the restaurant it was very understaffed and the food they served was cold.

I had a very good stay.

They provide easy access to the room and have a good TV.

It is centrally located to all tram lines. If on a budget it is best to try Carrows or Coco's Restaurants for dinners both within a five minutes walk. Wollenstines Steak House is pricey, but has superb service and food. The main restaurant, America, next to the check-in is the best bet for most meals, the all-American coffee shoppe has affordable prices. The slots are tight. Go to Sam's Town off the strip for some fun and old Las Vegas style gambling without going downtown.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The entire staff with whom we interacted was calm, understanding, and wanted to ensure our enjoyment while in Las Vegas. They spoke to us as people on a personal level, deferential, but not obsequious.

Everyone from the bellboy, concierge, and front desk where more than helpful and all were very pleasant.

We stayed in a small suite. It was very nice with an in room Jacuzzi. The room had two large TVs and a Bose sound system. Overall it was a great room!

The location is wonderful and I liked the show that was offered in the hotel. We got many free things for our stay which would influence me to stay there again.

It was pretty cool and so were the people. I recommend not eating at the ESPN Zone.

Our stay at New York New York Hotel and Casino is always enjoyable. We like the size of the complex and the variety for gaming and dining. We have always been treated well and if there has ever been an issue it has been quickly resolved. We find it to be a very comfortable place for us and would certainly recommend it to others.

It was a nice hotel and had good service and free upgrades. They tried to fix the problem with our room but couldn't.

The hotel room was okay but finding the elevators in the casino to go up to the room was difficult. I got lost several times and had to wander around the casino. The casino is very crowded and too smoky.

The sun doesn't reach the pool area until the afternoon which then means it's very hot to be poolside. The room was comfortable and they have a great breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel.

We get treated really great there and enjoy staying there.

It is over priced for the quality. The building is starting to show its age and the bathroom had deterioration.

This hotel made me feel content: They quickly exchanged a no view room for one with a view. The services were as expected and positive. The guests were made to feel welcome.

I've stayed there whenever in Las Vegas. It's convenient and has everything we want with easy access to other casinos.

It had a great location and great service. It has a great view of the Strip.
