I was very pleased. The room was great and the service was above and beyond. I'd go again in a second!

My sister and I went to Vegas for the first time to celebrate her 40th birthday, and we really enjoyed our stay at New York, New York. That was 6 months ago, and we are going again in 2 weeks. It’s a great girl’s get away. The rooms are very clean, and the service is fantastic. The location could not be better. Love it!

It was a very nice hotel and we had a pleasant stay. The only downside was that we felt it was a little far away from the rest of the Strip as it's all the way down on one end.

They upgraded our room. Everyone was friendly. It was a great trip all the way around.

This hotel was awesome! It looked exactly like New York, like you were walking around in the actual state. I saw Zumanity, which is the reason why I chose this particular hotel. The room was huge and very beautiful and so was the bathroom.

This hotel made me feel excited: I liked the fact that it had a roller coaster just like on Staten Island. Plus, the hotel is just beautiful, inside and out. I would definitely stay there again.

We always stay at New York, New York when in Las Vegas and are always treated very well. We like the size of the venue and the variety of restaurants. The casino is also a nice size with a real nice variety of machines to pick from. All personnel we made contact with treated us very well. I made reservations thru a casino host and she was excellent and very accommodating.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: We had a room with a spa and it was wonderful. The casino host also sent a welcome package which was appreciated and enjoyed. The view from the room was very nice and enjoyable for relaxing moments.

The hotel was clean, but not fancy. It’s sort of a Super 8 level of quality. The breakfast in the oriental theme restaurant was very good in quality and value. We had trouble checking in as the room I had reserved was still occupied. It took a long time to fix the problem. Don't stay in a room that overlooks the roller coaster if you are an early to bed type.

The hotel was fine and the rate was very good. I did not receive the hotel room I was promised, a non-smoking, king, with a view of strip, when I arrived so had to move the next day. Also, a twenty-dollar gaming coupon was never produced even after I requested it. Otherwise, I was very happy. It has a very good atmosphere and seems to cater to a very young and exciting clientele which I liked.

I had talked to three people who recommended New York, New York. They all had said it was a great location and felt it to be a very good value. We agreed completely, the not smoke filled casino was a delight to find. The room and the whole resort we used were great and we will definitely return for a longer stay next time!
