34 year old man with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
There are much better values and hotels in Las Vegas than New York New York. I'll not be staying there again. Rude desk staff and we got ripped off with the in-room tv pay-per-view service. The New York New York sports book sucks.

Very annoying to have timeshare property promoters stationed in the hotel that constantly bother you during your stay to take a tour for free or discounted show tickets. I'm there to gamble and relax not be hounded. Bad enough you are pestered walking down the street.

Staff was very helpful and tried to recognize you by sight and name.
This hotel made me feel sophisticated: Compared to neighboring hotels (Tropicana and Excalibur) it was a class upgrade.

The one downside is the very limited breakfast choices.
This hotel made me feel hip: It's a happening place. Rita Rudner was there and drew a huge crowd of people. It's a great hotel and would gladly stay there again in the future.

Had a very sleepless last night because the fire alarm kept on malfunctioning from 1:00am-3:00am. After sending them a letter the manager sent us a certificate for a free night in a skyline room. Hope to use it in October.
This hotel made me feel secure: Had to use key to go up the elevator.
