This hotel made me feel secure: prior to entering the elevator section, a guard checked everyone's hotel ID card to see if you had a right to enter the area. TV monitors in the halls etc.

When we got there, they had given our hot tub room to a cheerleading squad who had decided to stay over. After arguing and getting rather upset, the manager said he could give us a room if we came back after 5:00pm.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: Room was a hot tub suite and very luxurious.

Wonderful. this was my 4th trip to Vegas, but my 1st stay at NEW YORK NEW YORK. Location is fabulous, very friendly atmosphere.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: Casino was very safe. I was on crutches and was often offered assistance, very comfortable rooms, key card required to use elevators.

I am very likely to return to the New York New York Hotel and Casino.
