The hotel has comfortable beds, is clean, and has affordable meals. There are good shops and food variety around the location. They have good rates and good room service. It has a nice, interesting atmosphere and good elevator service. I would recommend it for entire families.

The rooms could have been cleaner and more up to date. The pool hours need to be extended in the summer. They have a friendly staff that is able to answer your questions.

I found the hotel was what I expected, nice. It is always good to stay at this hotel, that is why we stay there while in Las Vegas.

I stayed in the Player's Suite with the Jacuzzi tub, our huge room fit eight people. It is definitely a great value for a Las Vegas trip. There is also a good variety of restaurants right inside the hotel.

We had trouble getting breakfast. The person with me didn't get hers until I was finished eating.

It's in a good location, has clean rooms and an airy, open casino floor. It was not too smoky. My only complaint was that the cost of the hotel restaurants was a bit high for the quality of food.

They have a great spa service. They give email confirmations for reservations, a promotion package, and pre-arranged spa services that were very friendly. Check-in was quick and the staff was friendly and helpful.

This hotel made me feel excited: Even with a discounted room, the staff gave us a great room with a fantastic view. The elevator to these rooms was exclusive to a select few guests and easily accessible without long waits.

The room was noisy and had a humming sound, possibly from the adjacent utilities. The casino floor smelled like vanilla. However, the bathroom was nice, and the room was well appointed. The room service was great.

I only stayed here for one night, but their travel package was excellent. You get so many freebies including a ride on the coaster. Recommended if it's your first time in Vegas and plan to gamble a lot. Only spent $99 so the rest of the money can go to gambling.

Just returned from a 3 night stay at the NYNY. We had booked their Manhattan Nights package, which upgraded us to the Broadway deluxe rooms. It also gave us 2 for 1 coupons for a lunch and a breakfast, some free cocktails, free ride on the rollercoaster and spa admission. They were nice little freebies.

The front desk did a nice job keeping our party together up on the 27th floor of the Chrysler Tower. Our room was a corner room right near the elevator. We had a view looking out towards Red Rock and the side windows looked up the strip towards the Bellagio fountains. I had no issues with cleanliness of the room. It was in good shape when we arrived and housekeeping kept it that way.

The casino area was nice. It wasn't very crowded on Wednesday and Thursday but by Friday, it got crowded. I could see how that could be an issue. The Big Apple Bar was a fun place to hang out.

Wow this place is pretty busy. We waited about fifteen minutes to check in on a Monday afternoon. There is a lot of foot traffic throughout the hotel. I'm not used to that being from a small midwest town and it was really annoying. When we got to our room it was o.k. for the price. We could hear some of the conversation going on next door. I really didn't like that. Especially when they came back late the first night and woke me up. The rollercoaster noise was somewhat loud, but not unbearable. Aside from the noise issues, I had a good time here.

All of the restaurants were fair priced and good meals. The sportsbook was somewhat small, but the ESPN Zone made up for it. I didn't eat there as the prices were pretty high for me. We played blackjack for about four hours and got comped a $75 voucher for Gallaghers steakhouse. Great comp system there, plus two free t-shirts! The pool was very nice, the cabana boy got me a chair and I laid out in the 70 degree weather! I gave him three bucks, not sure if your supposed to tip him, but he helped me out. I did get a little burnt to after an hour and a half in the sun. It's deceptive. The room service was fast when we had ordered our breakfast. Beware of the cost of drinks at the bars, kind of pricey. Overall, I would recommend this casino for a budget minded individual who would like to stay in a place a step above the flamingo/boardwalks out there.

It was an average Vegas hotel. It was not outstanding but very nice.

The room was a long way from the elevator.

We stayed for free, so it was nice for free. When night came we had to pay, so we switched hotels. The casino is very small and usually crowded, there's not a lot of room to move in. We had a deluxe room which was very nice. I will try something different next time.

I liked the design and the layout. There were lots of shops and entertainment like a roller-coaster and so on. It is a nice place to stay and visit.

This hotel made me feel hip: I felt comfortable in the surroundings. Most people were wearing the latest fashions and were nicely dressed. I thought that was hip.

It was a nice hotel with a cool roller coaster ride. The arrangement of the casinos, restaurants and rooms was nice.

I liked the good price and the great location.
