New York New York Hotel and Casino Hotel - Page 1

When we checked out of the hotel, they got us mixed up with another customer! When we got into our room, the carpet was a little dirty, but the room was very large and had a beautiful view. The arcade was very big, but half of the machines were out of order. But the rollercoaster was great! I love the theme of New york New york.

I stayed there two years in row and the room service and the actual room was just perfect. Theres nothing negative to say. The prices are reasonable and the rooms are beautiful/ One thing that I didn't like was that you had to pay $20.00 just to use the workout room. I think guest should be able to use it without the fee due to the fact you already paid for the room. Other than that no complaints.

Security issue problem. The security guards can't help you with anything. Want your issue solve? Call local police.

We just returned from a visit to New York New York. They treated us very well, and the accomodations were very nice. They are beginning to do some renovation work there, and closed some areas that were open before. Some of the work, if you are nearby to the work, might be a bit noisy. The rooms are very nice, and the staff is very good and helpful. NYNY is also a great location and easy to get to the other casinos, shows, etc. We would recommend NYNY.

It was a pretty enjoyable stay. The hotel restaurant was horrible in the time it took to make two sandwiches. Also the cover of the menu shows images of food that the restaurant does not offer.
