Weekend family trip to NYC. First time in this Hotel. Staff was impeccable, helpful and friendly.Rooms very clean. Beds comfortable. Made mistake with in-room fridge (charges you for any removals) but prob resolved w/ no problem w/ Cheryl at front...

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. It was a little bit out of the way to get there by cab from Grand Central, but it was definitely worth it. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in getting us where we needed to go.
The staff was so together with everything and genuine that it made it easy to feel relaxed there. The rooms were absolutely beautiful so it puts you right at ease. It makes you feel safe.

Even though downtown it’s in a good location and easy to get around. The staff was friendly and they worked to fix problems promptly, such as a problem with the turn down service and billing.

Excellent
This was a very nice hotel for the price. The rooms were big and very clean. The staff at the hotel extremely polite and helpful. Execellent staff! I will definitely stay here again.
