I love the front desk staff at the New Victorian, they are always very polite and helpful. I also enjoy the cleanliness of the rooms, it makes me feel good knowing my room will always be very very clean. I also love all of the amenities that come with such a low price room. The breakfast has everything you could think of, pool and spa are open 24 hours, free wi-fi, the list goes on and on and on.......what i hate about the hotel is getting there for the first time, but all you have to do is call the front desk and they will give you awesome directions.....wish i knew that the first time!! I highly recommend this hotel for everyone traveling to Lincoln!!!

Staff was very welcoming and friendly! Had a speedy check-in. Building was very nice...well decorated and very clean. The breakfast was incredible! Can't find that at a hotel in California. The rooms were very luxurious and also very clean.

It should not require four trips to the front desk at check-in to get a key that works! And a problem with a credit card charge took 2 weeks and four phone calls (always with a promise of a return call which was never kept) to resolve. Never again.
