I found the hotel facilities including those for meetings and events to be better than average and the hotel staff to be extremely accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel is beautiful and I had a very pleasant stay. Considering the strain under which they must operate in New Orleans, they are doing an amazing job!
From the lobby staff to the meetings and conventions staff, everyone went out of their way to make our stay and our meetings run smoothly. They were always in touch.
I am very likely
to return to the New Orleans Marriott at the Convention Center.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I was very pleased with the hotel, especially considering all that New Orleans has gone through over the last few months. The rooms were very nice and the staff was courteous and knowledgeable.
