Desk service was excellent - the desk person arranged for a cab and it was very timely. I was a late arrival - in the am found I did not have a working coffee pot or hair dryer in the room. The bed was comfortable - and the room pretty clean. There...

We had to listen to people in the next room all night long. We complained and nothing was done. We were there for our wedding anniversary so we didn't have to listen to our neighbors at home all night. It was a complete waste of money. Doubletre
This hotel does not give you the type of room they promise when you make a reservation. To them, a king bed room is the same as two double beds--take what they give you and be happy.
