28 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business
It was my worst experience of my life. The hotel is completely dirty. When I arrived in the room, I started to cry because I had paid for all the days. The next day I changed the hotel. It is hard to imagine, it is a nightmare!
23 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
This property is beautiful and cozy, and I have stayed there before, but under the current management as of August 2007, this hotel is a nightmare. My sheets were not cleaned once while I was there, and I had to ask for clean towels. The wireless internet connection never worked. The television remote was broken. The hotel itself booked a huge party on the Saturday that I was there which was so loud I couldn't hear my t.v. in my room. To top it all off, on the day I checked out, I was harassed by a member of the staff who called multiple times before and around the time of my check out (which was supposed to be noon, but which she claimed was eleven until I showed her the receipt which proved otherwise), and after I explained to her that I was in the process of packing my things and preparing to leave, she banged loudly on my door, yelling, and threatening to call the cops if I did not immediately leave the hotel. I payed everything for this hotel in advance, I never caused a disturbance, and I kept my room very clean, so there was absolutely no reason for this treatment. I also never received a receipt for the "amenities fee" that I payed at the beginning of the trip which I was told I was get at the the end. This is a bargain priced hotel, but by no means is it even remotely worth it.
