I made a reservation and went there with my girlfriend. They told us on the phone they have Internet but think they don't know what that is. They are not using a computer, no internet and the rooms are dirty.
We decided not to stay and the owner told us there will be no fee.
Like the other review here they charged my credit card 6 weeks later for over $80!

This hotel has just changed it's name from the New Bryce Inn and Cafe to just the New Bryce Motel. Good reason! The cafe burned last summer and they still advertised their hotel with a cafe and limited room service. Got there last month and they told us we could just go down the street to get food and coffee. We were willing to pay $87 for a night because of the convenience of the cafe. With an unhappy discussion, the owner agreed to waive the cancellation fee policy, which is a full night charge. When I got my credit card bill, they charged it anyway. They will not drop the charge! Careful when reading this motel's amenities. They may not have those either.
I am not likely
to return to the New Bryce Inn And Cafe.
I would not recommend it to friends.

The people that run the place are friendly and the prices are reasonable. The rooms are clean and "retro style" you can tell the place was originally built in the 1960's. The town of Hatch is also a cute little place to spend the night in, the location to the parks that surround the area is ideal for any tourists. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling along highway 95.
