There is a swimming pool and a children's pool for those who prefer to stay away from the beach. (09/06 SB) This is a white modern style concrete building. The property is within walking distance from the bars and restaurants, and only 1.8 kilometer away from both the beach and the center with the bus stop only right in front of the hotel.

THE HOTEL ITSELF WAS LOVELY, THE ROOMS IMMACULATE, THIS IS MY 6TH TIME IN MARMARIS. DID NOT GET UP FOR BREAKFAST BUT SOME OF MY FAMILY DID AND SAID THE STAFF WERE LOVELY AND THE BREAKFAST GOOD. WE ONLY STAYED BED AND BREAKFAST. THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE IS THAT THE RECEPTION STAFF WERE SO UNHELPFUL. WE COULD NOT USE THE PHONE IS OUR ROOM TO RING OUR REP TO CONFIRM OUR FLIGHTS (YES THAT IS WHAT SOME TOUR OPERATORS MAKE YOU DO NOW) AND THE RECEPTIONIST DID NOT WANT TO KNOW HE WAS JUST TELLING US TO KEEP TRYING. ALSO, OUR REP HAD LEFT 3 MESSAGES WITH THE YOUNG MALE RECEPTIONIST AND HE HAD NOT PASSED THE MESSAGE ON. THE HOTEL IS GOOD BUT STAFF NEED A TRAINING SESSION ON CUSTOMER CARE.

This hotel is rated ok by myself and my husband this year. Previous years since it opened in 2004 we rated it 10/10 why the drop? well this hotel used to be owned by the mayor of Marmaris who employed all the staff. This year, what a shock? it is now owned by who knows? the catering staff are contracted, the cleaning staff (2 to 65 rooms) are contracted. There are no longer any fresh towels waiting for the guests by the pool each morning, the toilets are rusty, no complimentary bottles of bath gel etc, the breakfast was nice had everything been ready each morning. We frequently came down first thing to no bread or no hot water for tea etc, the paint work on the walls was dirty. I can go on but there is just too much. This once new and beautiful hotel is falling into wreck and ruin because nobody cares. The cut backs to make more money are quite frankly tearing the soul out of this hotel. The staff don't care because they are employed by somebody else. The cleaning was a cats lick because one poor woman and one young boy had to do the hotel between them. The shower curtains are dirty the ashtrays never get emptied and the dust that you come into does not get wiped away for the duration (the whole summer by the looks of things). It is heartbreaking as we loved this hotel. We only hope that somebody buys this hotel and puts some pride back into it. Only then will we consider going back.
