Room was clean, breakfast was nice but oh my gosh!!!!!!!! The bedding felt damp when we arrived, we adjusted the air conditioning and attended our event. When we returned the temperature was okay but again, the bedding felt damp. Very uncomfortable

My wife & I have stayed here several times. The standard rooms are a little small, but O.K. For a few dollars more you can get a much larger suite. The rooms are clean, & the beds are comfortable. They have a good breakfast with some hot ...

average motel in convenient area. Hotel was OK. The room we had was very small. Carpet was wet near bathroom door and TV did not work with remote. When we checked in we forgot to ask for AAA rate, I asked the young man at the desk when he handed us the key and he replied that there was not that much difference and did not change the charges.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the National Heritage Inn London.
I might recommend it to friends.

I made reservations over the phone. My credit card was charged a few weeks before. When I arrived to the hotel on the date of the reservation, they said my reservations were for an earlier date and they had been used by someone else. They accused me of coming at an earlier month when the reason I was going to London was for the World Famous Chicken Festival. They said I would still be charged for the stay. The front desk staff said he would have the manager speak with me the next morning to work things out. When we got in the room, it smelt like mold and wetness. The bathroom was not clean. I went to the front desk for another room because I was unsatisfied and he said he could not give me another room. We stayed there that night. I went to the front desk the next morning to speak with the manager about our reservations and he was not in yet. I went back at the time the manager should have been there and twice more, he was never there. I finally said I was not staying for a second night as my original reservations were for and I did not want to be charged. They said the manager would try to work that out. I took my business elsewhere for the rest of my stay in London.
I am not likely
to return to the National Heritage Inn London.
I would not recommend it to friends.
