traveling with a moderate budget, traveling for business
I booked a 10 night stay at the "National 9 Inn" Placerville, CA. location. On day number five, I was called at "WORK" by the hotel owner and told that I would have to move in with my co-worker, who also had another 10 night stay. They said they had overbooked and that I could either do what they said or CHECK OUT. They said they had other paying guesting coming in and they needed my room. I stay in hotels 200 nights per year and have for 10 years. I have NEVER been treated like this. I will make it my goal to let every Hotel Booking Site on the Internet how I was treated. This is OUTRAGEOUS! I hope to direct most if not all future customers away from ALL National 9 hotels.
