Why do I always feel ripped off when I stay here? Appalling value for money because they're the only game in town and they know it. On arrival I had to drive round Palmer Square 3 times in heavy rain before finding a place to park to check-in since the kerb area in front of the hotel was blocked by waiting taxis/limousines. The room looked very tired and in need of refurbishment, ditto the bathroom although the towels were of good quality as were the shampoos/soaps. Noisy old fashioned heater/AC under the window, old frumpy bed cover and uncomfortable mattress; when even moderately priced hotel chains are improving their linens this is unacceptable. Service and selection in the much-vaunted Yankee Tap Room were poor for dinner, merely adequate for breakfast; if it hadn't been pouring with rain I would have eaten elsewhere. The final insult was the $18 overnight parking fee, bringing a night which would have been unacceptable in a low range motel to over $300. This isn't a major city hotel and every time I stay here I feel fleeced. If I was with another driver or could see better to drive at night I would have stayed on Route 1 and had a much superior experience for less $$.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Nassau Inn.
I would not recommend it to friends.

Good
I was wary of booking the room because of the affordable price and a bad review from a German visitor, but I was happily surprised at how good it was. Excellent location in the heart of Princeton, walking distance to restaurants and the...

Horrible
I'm travelling a lot, but this hotel was my worst experience so far. Rooms are not especially nice but the best came upon check out when they wanted to charge an outraging $* - then reduced to $* - for total 66 min of phone calls to Europe (which...
This place is beautiful! The staff is warm and friendly and the rooms are nice. It's within walking distance to shopping and resturants and across the street from the historic Princeton University Campus. It is well worth the...

Horrible
We booked a guaranteed suite. When we arrived @5:00PM, it took some time for them to find us a room. When we returned the next day @ 5:00PM our room had not been cleaned. After complaining to the manager, we got it done. The bathroom was very small, ...

Excellent
My wife Cami and I recently had a most memorable visit at the NI. First I would like to commend the manager. She went out of her way to make sure that our stay was a pleasant one. X, who was at the desk when we arrived, looked professional, was...
25 year old male with a economy budget, traveling for leisure
It was a wonderful hotel. My other friend had a good stay at the Nassau Inn. My other friend enjoyed her stay as well. She enjoyed the room with the view. She enjoyed her breakfast which was a waffle with berries, and maple syrup on it with lots of butter, and orange juice, and milk on it.
I am very likely
to return to the Nassau Inn.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
