Rude staff at check in. Bar and restaurant closed way to early! Had to wait in the rain for my car and then pay around $25 to get wet! Calling for valet was unpredictable! sometimes the car would be there in a jiffy and most times I would have to remind them over and over and the still would make me wait for 20 or so minutes. Location was aweful! I'd never stay here again, even if it was free!
I was in Nashville on business in July, and was very pleased with my stay at the Marriott Nashville at Vanderbilt University hotel. The hotel was located next to the Vanderbilt campus and football stadium, and right across the street from the park a
Perhaps it was an isolated incident, but the staff was horrible. They were very unhelpful and unfriendly. The room was very small. The on-demand didn't work in our room, housekeeping ignored the 'do not disturb' signed and woke us up...

Okay
Lately, we’ve been staying at the Marriott Vanderbilt. It’s not because we particularly like it or we’re in a rut, it’s because that’s the one that Priceline always chooses for us. There are some perks, to it,...

Mediocre
This hotel's location is convenient to downtown. However, it's not within walking distance. The hotel advertises a free shuttle, but they only have 1 SUV to transport all 11 floors of people to the downtown area. I feel like this was a "come on", ...

Check in service was fast and efficient. Great valet service. Room service was fast and efficient but the food was not very good. The beds were horrible!!! The maids were constantly trying to get into our room at 9 am and there was constant noise on the floor in the early morning. Beware...the company then constantly calls and attempts to get you purchase time shares or vacation packages.
