27 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The pool is so much fun and the lobby as well as the grounds of the hotel are really nice. I love the trolly service to the beach. Although the rooms have been updated and have spectacular views of the ocean and city, they are not that clean. Ants seem to pop up in the bathroom and as well as other insects. At a four star hotel I expect the room to be CLEAN and this room was not. It wasn't just mine because I stayed in a couple different rooms. The bungalows are amazing and really worth the money especially if you are traveling with a group. However, they were still not that clean. Guest service is ok, not the friendliest or most accommodating people in the world. There are a lot families at this hotel so be prepared for a lot of kids. the hotel is quiet at night though and overall the hotel is pretty. My biggest complaint has to be the cleanliness of the rooms. The restaurants are a little pricey and there is no free high speed internet in the rooms which I think is ridiculous. If not for that I would have given the hotel a 10 because everything else was fine.

Okay
The resort is beautiful, the pool is great for the kids and the rooms are comfortable. I was disappointed with the overall attitude of the staff. I feel that many of the staff need a refresher course in customer service.
