When we arrived, I knew it was not going to be good. One of the innkeepers was standing right by the check-in desk and never even bothered to introduce herself as our hostess. We also paid for a breakfast that we did not eat because we went on a...

Okay
The inn was very nice, and the food was good. The day/evening staff made us feel so welcome and remembered to acknowledge my father's 80th birthday (we had 14 people). The woman who worked breakfast in the morning could not adjust to our crowd.

Stayed 2 nights. Water pressure lousy in shower. Other than that, room ok. Food was a letdown. Quiche for breakfast every morning consisted of eggs and a can or two of Cambell's Soup mixed in. When they were asked for ingrediants they actually pull out a can of this soup and read ingrediants from it. Stomch truned a bit and I stopped eating. Moreover they're rude about seating arrangements and worry more about when you're leaving than making you feel welcome during your stay.
My wife and I stayed at Napa Inn for our Anniversary. It was our first B&B experience and it was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was very nice (the bedsheets were the softest I'd ever slept on) and the breakfasts were...
