All Review Photos I stayed at the Naniloa Resort in Hilo, Hawaii over Thanksgiving weekend. Hilo is a pretty small city overall. At least the downtown part is small. The hotel was only minutes from the main downtown area and was in a nice location...

We booked 3 nights after looking at the hotel on the web. Nice pictures...dont know where they took them, didn't resemble this place. It was moldy, filthy and the smell was stifling! No ventilation. It should be shut down by the Health Department.......

The front desk, gift shop and housekeeping staff were great. The view from the room was beautiful. Conveniently located to food, fun and friendly locals. I would stay here again.

We stayed at the Naniloa Resort for the Merry Monarch Festival (Hula Competition). The hotel was at 100% since it gets booked up during the Festival. The rooms are spacious and very nice, though there were some small stains and cracks in the...
