male with an economy budget, traveling for leisure
The staff service is very poor. No hotelier is running this place thats for sure. We have been to many hotels and resorts and the Naniloa is very poor in their service. The grounds are so horrible and dirty. Rooms are okay - No resort pool to lounge or restaurants.
The new room is awesome and beautiful.

Good
The new room is awesome and beautiful. The front desk and housekeeping staff are very friendly. They made our stay at Naniloa so comfortable. We had a great stay and the corner room rate is very reasonable.

Mediocre

The rooms are being updated, in room internet and a great view of the bay. The previouse owner must have let the place run down but it is getting better.
I will be staying over the holidays. Not a 5 star but more than a 3.

Horrible
If you need to good night sleep, don't stay there. The renovated floors are all tiled (probably saves them money on maintenance) with no carpet so you would hear every bit of noise. Coughing, footsteps, doors closing are very loud.
