The staff were friendly and customer-service oritented. The room on the 6th floor were lovely. I especially enjoyed the Velux windows in the room and the Spanish tile inthe bathroom-bathwroomw as spacious too!!

Excellent
Great room for the money. Only drawback is no transportation to airport and taxis are incredibly expensive in Geneva. Short bus ride to city center as location between airport and downtown. Worthy of its rating. Helpful staff.
