The hotel is located in the Art Triangle which is within walking distance from the Thyssen-Bornemisza, the Prado Museum and the Centro de Arte Reina Sofia. The hotel is situated in the heart of the city, close to the Atocha train station (high-speeded trains) and overlooking the botanic gardens.

40 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
If you want bed bugs and to sweat your butt off then check into this hotel. Not only was the reception staff, not receptive at all, they were down right rude and dishonest. After bringing it to their attention that I suffered from bed bug bites at their hotel, they had the nerve to tell me that if I didn't like my current room or situation, then to find another hotel. No doubt that I would and did. I get my credit card bill and they continued to charge me for the nights I had never stayed, never reimbursed me for the horrible conditions in which I did stay for and an additional charge for the a/c that just happened "To be broke right now." Stay away!!!!! Oh yeah, forget about clean sheets or towels, they don't exist there.
