Excellent

The hotel was relatively easy to find after you had sussed Bilbao. The reception was warm and courteous and the adjacent parking with lift to all floors, very welcome. The room was spacious and comfortable, spotlessly clean and air-conditioned. ...

Very good location, close to the museums and shopping areas.

Clean place, good value.

Nice and very profesional staff.

Close to the tram, bus and metro.

Very clean and confortable. Close to all the interesting places of the city like the congress hall and museums.
