I had a nice stay.
Pros: 60+ cable channels, a fridge and microwave in the room, plenty of lights, clean carpets and sheets, a quiet area, friendly staff, T-mobile phone reception, it's located between a liquor store and a hamburger place, ceiling fan and heater, double paned windows, it's close to main area of town, and they have weekly rates if needed (7th night free).
Cons: Small (about half-sized) shower, the phone is local only or use phonecard, old furniture, no A/C (don't need it), I was bit by a bug while sleeping, advertised at 35 bucks a night but was 45 bucks a night.
Overall, it is a great place for the money. No vagrants hanging around and the grounds are well kept. Coquille is a small town so everyone knows everyone else. And one thing that I heard that I wasn't used to is the whistle of some nearby factory at 5 pm.
There are a limited amount of smoking rooms. I am a non-smoker and stayed in a non-smoking room that smelled great.
