My husband stayed there the last weekend in October. We loved the room, service, and all the little extras that were offered. The staff were very cordial, and helpful.

Although the hotel is pretty, the service is terrible. We made reservations several weeks in advance to our stay. We arrived after 6 pm and had to wait over an hour in the lobby for our room to be cleaned. There were several other people having to wait for their rooms as well. The ladies at the check-in desk were not helpful or friendly and neither was the manager. We were not offered any kind of discount for having to be kept waiting for so long either. We chose the hotel in part because of the water park. My kids were looking forward to getting in the pool, but we only stayed in it a few minutes. The water was green and did not smell "right."
The hotel is pretty and the rooms were nice enough, but we were not pleased with the service or the condition of the pool.
