28 year old woman with a moderate budget
Mt Scott Manor is a great value. For a very reasonable price you can stay in a beautiful elegant home, receive personalized service, and enjoy a great breakfast. The home is located in Happy Valley and overlooks a wooded area with deer. The home is elegant but the atmosphere is relaxed. It is a great spot to get away from the busy city of Portland.
I am very likely to return to the Mt. Scott Manor Bed And Breakfast.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
