The unit (#61 at Snowater) was nice, it was $149 a night for a unit with a fireplace. However, it certainly would have been nice to know ahead of time that the fireplace we paid $40 extra for was "BYOW" - Bring Your Own Wood (and matches).
By the time we settled in for the night, we saw the sign by the fireplace that they would not provide wood or matches, and that we would have to go to the local store to purchase wood. There was no housekeeping provided, either, which meant much "vacation" time was spent cleaning (washing the bedding, towels, doing dishes, cleaning floors, taking trash to dumpster) as there were nagging messages written all over the unit threatening to fine us if we didn't do all of the cleaning. Funny, there was not one "welcome" or "enjoy your stay" message.
Check-in would be more convenient if they would leave a key in a lockbox at the unit (as many other privately owned condos do), rather than driving an additional 30+ minutes round trip to another building to check in.
The general experience with these people was negative, and they never replied to a letter about our experience.
