Mountain Side Inn & Conference Center is nestled in the Ponderose Pines at the east end of Williams, AZ, on Historic Route 66. The perfect place to unwind and relax or as a base for your daily excursions. Rekindle your love of locomotives, visit our neighbors as you scroll down memory lane. Drink in the clean crisp mountain air or go fishing. Visit our neighbors Wild West Junction and Twisters. They will bring you back to the days of carriages, blacksmiths, and gunfights. Twister's offer memorabilia from the days of Rock and Roll, sockhops and soda fountains. Miss Kittys Steakhouse & Saloon is located right on the property. Miss Kittys offers a variety of steaks, ribs and chicken. Come join us in the Saloon for Karaoke on Fridays. The restaurant is designed with the Old West tastefulness and has accommodations for small or large groups. We are a great place for family reunions, company reteats or any group. We have no one except the beautiful trees in our backyard.

"She was too busy to deal with them".
I tried calling the General Manager to get this resolved and she said she would take care of it by sending out a "letter of apology" (never happened), and by calling the Parents of the Bride (who set up everything) and apologize to them (which again never happened). I would not recommend this place to my enemies let alone my friends.
Our room was clean and newly painted. Service was excellent. There were a few minor inconveniences due to the fact that the Inn was just opening up for the season, but those inconveniences were remedied immediately upon reporting them. We were...

Mediocre
Make no mistake Williams is a great place. We could have gone almost anywhere else and loved it. We arrived the weekend of the Cruisers Route 66 meeting so options were limited. The desk clerk was a tactiurn, even morose individual who spun off the...
The room that allows pets was a mess. The carpet was dirty and stained and the chair was broken. The cable was out and there were only two channels with lots of static.
I can understand that when you travel with pets, you may not always get...
