The entrance to the resort is in a bad curve due to the amount of traffic in Gatlinburg. The quality of service and the friendliness of the staff was outstanding.

The suite was very cozy.

The place was clean and spacious, although the pull out bed could have been more comfortable. I recommend this place.

Our chalet was beautiful and so was the view. The beds were not the most comfortable but everything else was as convenient as being home.

The room layout was very charming.

I have never stayed in a hotel that would have everything that I needed and for the value of the price. It was great that it was so quiet there, I love it in the woods!
